Your Love Reaches Me
This painting is one of many that are inspired and directed by worship. The title of this piece is also the title of a contemporary Christian worship song, and the image itself was largely inspired by the song.
The "message" of the piece, insofar as I have given it any, is that the love and grace of God is sufficient to reach through any locked door into any dark place, bringing comfort and hope.
Having said that, any art is as much about the viewer as it is about the artist (I intend to blog on this subject at some point in the not-too-distant future). It is my desire that you would let the Spirit of God speak to your heart through the painting. What does it mean for you, in your situation? What is God communicating to you?
