"World Creations" is an art website dedicated to the work of Geoff Horswood.  I, Geoff, am primarily a painter, and I mostly use acrylics as a medium.   I enjoy painting landscapes and other themes using bold, bright colours in a sometimes Impressionistic style.

The visual arts are a medium which communicates internationally.  Artists all over the world create artworks, whether paintings, calligraphy, collage, sculpture or various crafts.  As something of a world traveller and someone currently living in a land other than the one I was born into, my work often has an international flavour.  I am especially drawn to Asian and Native American cultures, though in a very real sense, the whole world is my palette.

"World Creations" reflects both the international dimension of much of my art and life, and the sense of joy which I get from other cultures and their unique artistic visions.  One of my artistic ambitions is to learn to "do art" in the traditional styles of many cultures, from the Aborigines of Australia to the Zuni of North America!
